What quality of materials are used for manufacturing products?

EVAOUR fashion jewelry is made of 316L grade Stainless Steel with a golden or silver finishing, allowing for both durability and a lustrous appearance. Our pieces are coated with 18k gold.
As stainless steel is a hypoallergenic metal and so our pieces are waterproof, sweat-proof, anti-tarnish and hypoallergenic.

How to I take care of my jewelry?

EVAOUR fashion jewelry is made of stainless steel with a golden or silver finishing, allowing for both durability and a lustrous appearance.
To minimise the appearance of surface scratches, limit the exposure to abrasive surfaces. Use of any chemicals may cause irreversible damage.
For storage, simply place in the pouch provided at purchase away from dust, moisture, heat and humidity.

What should I do if I receive a missing or broken product?

In the unfortunate event that you receive a missing or broken product, we request you to record an unboxing video with no edits or cuts. This will help us assess the situation better. Please report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the package, including the unboxing video and any relevant pictures, and we will work towards resolving the issue promptly.

Can I return the items purchased during a sale?

All orders made during sale are final and therefore a return or refund would not be possible.

Can I make any modifications after the order has been placed?

Unfortunately we do not offer any modification once the order has been placed. Please make sure you are certain before placing an order.

Can I change my address once the order has been placed?

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already been shipped, then we won’t be able to update the correct address. Please double check all addresses/ phone number/ pincode before placing an order.
